Check In/Check Out:

Contribute contains a special feature that prevents users on the same network from overwriting each other. Simply check in and out so Contribute can ensure that your team works productively together.

Link and Edit:

Edit documents that are linked from your site and then use Contribute to publish any changes. Document types include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more.

Page Versions:

As a safeguard, Contribute provides a history of who made what changes and allows for the ability to roll-back those updates. Web administrators can define up to 99 versions maintained on a server.

Email Reviews:

Contribute gives its users the option of sending their updates to the administrator for review before publishing. Simply go to File > Email Review, and then send the document to the correct addresses.

The connection wizard in Contribute walks you through the easy process of connecting to your webpage. Simple follow the prompts!
